Click the “login” button in the top right hand side of the menu on your desktop, or at the bottom of the menu on your mobile device.
It will prompt you to login if it’s been a while, or take you directly to the member site if you’ve logged in recently.

Click “Login” to enter the Premium Member’s site.
In the top right corner of the menu you’ll see “Account” (beside “About”).
Click on Account
Click on “Manage Subscription”
At the bottom of the screen you’ll see “Cancel subscription” in red.
Click to cancel.

Make sure you are logged in.
Some pages of the website are on the public side (like this one), and will result in you returning to the public side of Aldora.
Simply click the ‘login’ button at the top right of the menu, and this will bring you back to the Premium Members’ site, or prompt you to login if you haven’t visited the website in a while.

Check your “junk”, “spam”, or “promotions” folder on your email.
If you see Aldora emails there, drag and drop them into your inbox.
This should train your email that Aldora content is not spam!

Refunds are eligible in the following cases:
Monthly members: within 10 days of your payment being processed.
Annual members: within 2 months of your payment being processed.
You can request a refund by submitting a request through the form on this page.
